Bharat Scouts and Guides , Goa State Contingent which participated in the Interstate Cultural Exchange programme with Madhya Pradesh from 9th Sept to 15th Sept.2010 is seen with State Secretary Shri James Fernandes , State Training Commissioner(Scouts) Shri Diogo Fernandes and other officer bearers on their return at Margao Railway Station on September 18, 2010.
