MR SUBHASH FALDESSAI, SOCIAL WORKER AND EX-ZP MEMBER OF BALLI QUEPEM IS SEEN SPEAKING AS THE CHIEF GUEST AT THE ONE DAY REFRESHER COURSE ORGANSIED BY THE BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES, GOA STATE FOR TRAINED SCOUTMASTERS AND GUIDECAPTAINS AT MARGAO ON JULY 24, 2010. STATE SECRETARY SHRI JAMES FERNANDES, STC, SCOUTS SHRI DIOGO FERNANDES, STC GUIDES SMT. ELIZIBETH MASCARENHAS, SHRI T. E. PHILIP AND OTHERS WERE PRESENT.
ONE DAY REFRESHER COURSE FOR SCOUTMASTERS, GUIDECAPTAINS
Bharat Scouts and Guides, Goa State organized a one day refresher Course for trained scoutmasters and Guidecaptains of the member schools in south Goa. In all 44 Scoutmasters and Guidecaptains attended the course conducted on 24th July 2010,at Grace Church Hall, Margao.
Mr.Subhash Fal Dessai- Social Worker and Ex- ZP member –Balli, Quepem was the chief guest for the Inaugural Function.
The participants were acquainted with the latest changes in the boy Girl Programme, advancement of Scouts ,Guides and unit leaders, practical sessions on skill development were conducted. The participants also had fruitful group discussions to solve the teething problems encountered in the smooth running of scout and guide units in the schools and ways and means to make the movement more vibrant and responsive to the needs of young boys and girls.LT (s) Diogo Fernandes , Lt (G ) Elizabeth Mascarenhas, ALt (s)R.
